Mrs. Shuchi Mohan

Founder & Lead Instructor
Mrs. Shuchi Mohan is a certified physiotherapist and YCB Level-5 yoga instructor. She understands how the body works and uses this knowledge to teach yoga in a way that's safe and therapeutic.
Her background in physiotherapy helps students not just do yoga poses, but also understand how to prevent injuries and manage existing health conditions.
